Spaghetti Squash with Paleo Meat Sauce or Veggies

preheat 400F
spaghetti squash seeds removed and cut half
in bakingware skin up 30-40 minutes
then fork strands of spaghetti from squash.
1w onion
1.5 lbs beef
1cup mushroom
1 diced zucchini
1 g bell pepper
1 r bell pepper
crushed tomatoes (22oz)
1/4 cup chopped oregano
1/4 cup chopped thyme
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 tsp red pepper flakes or less
2 cloves garlic
add browned beef&onion
s&P
top spaghetti with meat and sprinkle w/ olive oil and/or chopped fresh basil

preheat 190C

1 bunch chopped oregano
sprinkle rosemary
1 bunch chopped basil
1 tsp red pepper flakes or less

top spaghetti with veggies and sprinkle w/ olive oil and/or chopped fresh basil

whisk 4 eggs
mix in half of the spaghetti strands
mix in half of the sauce
pour mix in 10x10in bakeware greased with coconut oil
throw in oven 400F=205C for 30 mins
