Kimchi Soup
in a pot (cazuela/guvec earthenware is healthier) add:
Korean nappa cabbage kimchi 24-36oz
coconut aminos (to replace unhealthy soy sauce)
diced garlic
fresh ground salt crystals and peppercorns
mushrooms (10-20 white) (optional)
3-4 large or 45-60 baby carrots chopped and steamed in a double boiler until soft (optional)
2 lbs stew beef stir fried in an iron skillet with
1 diced onion (optional)
up to 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
few tbsps of flame roasted green chili (optional)
3 diced tomatoes (optional)
the hot water from the double boiler used for steaming carrots
the little bit of water used to shake off remainders in the kimchi bottle
if needed more hot water to almost cover everything
stir and leave to brew with lid on for 10-15 minutes on low once it comes to a boil
also add
1 bunch chopped spring onion right before turning heat off

Note: This recipe works just fine if you wanted to divide all amounts by half.
