Salmon or Chicken Salad
If you're trying to lose fat or keep your form you will love this great tasting diet recipe:
Rub salt on the chicken let it sit for about 30 minutes then wash the salt off in the sink, and then rub on whatever spices you want for instance: black/white pepper, cumin, and red pepper heat the water, and just throw it in the double boiler and steam. when almost done, squeeze half a lemon over all of it.
Shred chicken into pieces
Mix 1-1.5 cups of chicken with 10 oz of salad (you can use any or all of salad leaves, lettuces, spring leaves, radicchio, radish, peapods, carrots, cucumbers, depending on your taste.)
Dress with olive oil, half a lemon, and salt.

Tip: don't get rid of the broth. Replace equal amount of water with the broth in this recipe: (chicken soup)
PS: you can replace chicken w/ salmon but if you do skip the salting part in the beginning and you can use these spices: red and black pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes, basil, crushed red pepper
