and some baked vegetables (think asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, mushrooms, green beans, etc) or (Leeks Recipe)
For dessert, think berries, fruits, raw nuts and nutbutters (almond butter). If you feel like giving yourself a decadent treat, try one of these desserts.

Contemplate the pretty colors and designs of your veggies, the different shapes of leaves of the parsley and the lettuce and the dillweed and invoke the Sani'-the Artist, the Designer Creator of your veggies.
Think of the goat and the feta you're eating. The goat has no clue about the feta you're eating, nor about your body, yet it's tasty to your tongue, and nutritious to your body. Invoke the Generous Razzaq-the One who provides nutrition to all living beings.
Offer thanks and praises to your Caring and Compassionate Creator, the Rahman and Rahim, the Creator of the goat and the veggies and the Creator of the milk from the goat and the Creator of your body who allows what you eat to be nutritious and satiating to you. Alhamdulillah! (All thanks and praises belong to the One God.)
