The 20 ingredients big dinner salad
The 20 ingredients big Paleo dinner salad (serves 2 or more Primal eaters with a big appetite)
4 spring onions (1/2 bunch)
1/5-1/4 bunch curly/italian parsley
1/2 bunch fresh basil/mint
1/3-1/2 bunch fresh dillweed
10 baby carrots
1 inch slice of red cabbage
4 radishes (save leaves for tea with lemon peels, cinnamon sticks, parsley stems, etc)
6-8 grape tomatoes
1 roma/vine tomato
2 mini cucumbers or 1/2 english cucumber
1 romaine lettuce heart
1 handful spring leaves
1 handful baby spinach
Goat feta/crumbles
Generous olive oil (extra virgin)
(Generous apple cider vinegar and/or 1/2-1 lemon's juice)
Or
(Generous balsamic vinegar)
Sea salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Optional: 1 tbsp Chia seeds or Fresh ground flaxseeds (for fiber & omega-3) (if u haven't used this before start with smaller amounts)
(Choose organic when you can.)
Enjoy this salad every dinner with some baked chicken, turkey (organic, pasture-raised, grass-fed) or fish (wild-caught)

For dessert, think berries, fruits, raw nuts and nutbutters (almond butter). If you feel like giving yourself a decadent treat, try one of these desserts.
Contemplate the pretty colors and designs of your veggies, the different shapes of leaves of the parsley and the lettuce and the dillweed and invoke the Sani'-the Artist, the Designer Creator of your veggies.
Think of the goat and the feta you're eating. The goat has no clue about the feta you're eating, nor about your body, yet it's tasty to your tongue, and nutritious to your body. Invoke the Generous Razzaq-the One who provides nutrition to all living beings.
