Almond Bread

Ingredients:
FLOUR:
2+1/4 cups almond flour
1/4 cup chia seeds (and/or flax seeds and/or sesame seeds)
1/4 teaspoon salt (sea, rock or mineral)
1+1/2 teaspoons baking soda
BATTER:
3 eggs
1 tablespoon raw local (or wild caught) honey
1 tablespoon organic raw apple cider vinegar
Mix the flour and the batter separately. Then make a hallow in the flour mix and pour the batter in it and mix them. Dump mix into deep small bakingware, shape into one loaf and put in preheated toaster oven for 35-40 minutes at 300F. When the butter knife you dip in the middle comes out clean it's done. It has a cake-like taste.
Hatice's note: Birde bu badem ekmeginde daha cok kabartmanin yolu kabartma tozunu ki ben karbonat kullaniyorum sirke ve bal ile karistirip badem tozuna eklenek. Bugun öyle yaptim cok kabardi
Serving suggestion: Pairs well with fresh strawberries and peach.
