Make it Fast:
Pre-heat oven to 450 F.
Stir fry finely diced onion and peppers. Add ground beef then add spices and continue stirring until no longer pink/red. Then add diced tomato and largely diced spinach (don't dice if baby spinach) or finely diced fresh mint and the egg and remove from heat after 2-3 minutes (if you use spinach spinach should look barely dead.) Make sure it's evenly well mixed.
Put pizza crust on cookie sheet (or aluminum sheet). Cover layer of marinara sauce on pizza crust, make it even w/ the ball of a spoon. Cover layer of shredded cheese. Then when the beef mixture is ready cover cheese evenly with the beef mixture. Put in pre-heated oven.
Cooks in about 8-12 minutes.
TIPS: If you use fresh mint, you can skip the mint as spice. Add only a dash of cardamom and cumin and more of the other spices.
