Mushrooms & Tomatoes
Ingredients:
Mushrooms
Cheese that can be melted (for ex raw goat cheese)
Grape/cherry tomatoes
Organic virgin coconut oil
Iron skillet recommended.
Directions:
Wash the mushrooms and cut off the tail to level it with the rest of the mushroom.
Cut thin slices of cheese about the size of the mushrooms.
Put some coconut oil on the iron skillet at heat medium.
Place mushrooms tail up in whole on the skillet and place a slice of cheese.
Wash the grape tomatoes and cut them in half.
When the bottom head of the mushrooms golden and the cheese melts to a clear color, remove them from the skillet and place half a grape tomato on top.
Don't waste the tails and stir-fry them too.
Ready to serve.
